Can you fix it today?
Usually yes for a single bug — most are resolved within a few hours of ordering. Message me first and I'll confirm before you order.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. I diagnose free before you order, so if it's beyond scope I'll tell you upfront rather than take your money and struggle.
Do you need my login?
For WordPress or Shopify, yes — admin access. For custom sites, hosting or repository access. Send credentials through Fiverr messages, and change them once I'm done.
Will you break something else?
I take a backup first and test on mobile and desktop before delivering. If anything I touched causes a new issue, I fix it free.
What counts as one bug?
One specific problem — a broken form, a menu that won't open, one section breaking on mobile. If your site has several unrelated issues, Standard or Premium is better value. I'll tell you which fits before you order.
