I initially partnered with Dimitri at The Drum Hub to solve a critical operational challenge, which is an overwhelming volume of inbound leads without a structured follow up system in place. While the brand was successfully generating significant interest, many opportunities were at risk of slipping through the cracks due to the absence of a systematic lead management process. My first initiative was to design and implement a structured follow up system that ensured every lead was properly tracked, nurtured and guided through the sales journey. The system immediately began delivering strong results and I have continued refining and optimizing it over time to maintain efficiency and maximize conversions as the business grows. As the partnership evolved, my role expanded beyond follow up systems. My agency and I became the primary execution partner for lead generation and conversion infrastructure, supporting the business with scalable systems to handle its growing audience. We have since been responsible for developing sales funnels, building high converting landing pages, and structuring conversion pathways for the lead magnets regularly promoted through the brand’s YouTube channel. These systems ensure that every lead generated from YouTube is captured, organized and nurtured effectively, creating a reliable process where no opportunity is lost. Through a combination of strategic systems, continuous optimization and strong execution, the goal has been to transform high inbound attention into a structured and scalable lead conversion engine that supports the brand’s long term growth.

In August 2024, I partnered with Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited, a UK based jewellery brand specialising in permanent jewellery services, industry coaching and mentorship and B2B supply for professionals entering the permanent jewellery space. My role focuses on building and optimising the lead generation and client conversion ecosystem for the business. I have designed and implemented many strategic systems to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and maximise conversion opportunities. These include a sales call follow up system, social media cold outreach system, lead nurturing workflows and a social media follower nurturing system designed to ensure that no potential opportunity is overlooked. The systems I introduced are built around the philosophy that every interaction matters, ensuring that even individuals who show the smallest level of interest are strategically nurtured and guided through the client journey. During this period, Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited achieved a major milestone by expanding its operations internationally, officially launching in the UAE, further strengthening its position as a growing brand within the permanent jewellery industry. Through strategic systems, consistent lead nurturing and scalable outreach processes, my focus has been to help the business build a predictable client acquisition engine that supports sustainable growth and international expansion.

    Honestly didn’t expect this level of detail. The call itself was already super helpful but the strategy doc after made everything way clearer for me. Already have a better idea of how to attract more serious students instead of wasting time on random inquiries. Definitely recommend!
