Not at all. PL/SQL is highly stable across versions. I have experience from Oracle 9i onward. Just mention your version when ordering.
Can you work with our existing PL/SQL codebase?
Yes. For Standard and Premium, share a sample of your existing packages first and I'll review the style and conventions before starting — so the new code fits what's already there.
We use Advanced Queuing but it's not working the way we expected. Can you fix it?
AQ troubleshooting and refactoring is something I've done professionally. Describe the problem in a message before ordering and I'll confirm if it's in scope.
Do you sign NDAs for work with proprietary business logic?
