Do you test both websites and apps?
Yes. I can review websites, web apps and mobile apps from a first-time user or customer perspective. The goal is the same: identify confusion, friction, hesitation and missed opportunities.
Is this a technical, SEO or CRO audit?
No. This is a fresh-eyes user experience review. I focus on what a real first-time customer sees, understands, questions and struggles with. I may highlight conversion opportunities, but this is not a technical SEO or analytics-based CRO audit.
What will I receive?
You will receive a polished PDF report with clear findings, annotated screenshots and actionable recommendations. Depending on the package, findings are also prioritized so you know what deserves attention first.
Do you provide a video recording?
No. My service is intentionally built around a structured written report. You do not need to rewatch a long screen recording to find useful feedback. Everything important is documented clearly in one place.

Fresh Eyes focuses on the most important pages or screens. Full Journey follows a broader customer journey and goes into more detail. Deep Dive is the most comprehensive review, with more pages or screens, deeper findings, prioritization and a clear action roadmap.
Can you review a website or app that is not live yet?
Yes. I can review staging websites, prototypes or apps in development as long as you can give me access to a usable version.
