Why is my contact form not sending emails?
Usually the host blocks WordPress's default mail, or emails land in spam. I find the exact cause and fix it with a proper SMTP setup.
Do you need my WordPress admin login?
Yes, I need admin access to check the form and mail settings. I recommend changing your password after the job.
Which form plugins do you work with?
Contact Form 7, WPForms and Elementor forms. Message me first if you use a different one.
What is SMTP, and do I need it?
SMTP sends your emails through a real mail service, so they reach your inbox and don't go to spam. Most fixes need it.
Do I need a paid email service?
Not always. A free option often works, but busy sites may need a paid one. I'll tell you before I start.
How long does it take?
Basic takes about 1 day, Standard 2 days and Premium 3 days, once I have access.
What if the form still doesn't work after your fix?
