Hi, I help brands look polished, sound calm, and run on autopilot. Creative and automation specialist working with DTC brands, startups, agencies, and solo founders worldwide. I build the visual assets that make a brand recognizable (magazine layouts, editorial covers, wordmarks, brand kits) and calming ambient video content, while wiring up n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and API integrations so the business runs smoother behind the scenes. Clients come to me for more than a designer or "an automation guy" I bridge the brand experience and the plumbing behind it. Let's talk about what you're building.

FAQ
What tools do you use for automation?
I specialize in n8n, Make.com, and Zapier for workflow automation, plus custom API integration and webhook builds. For AI automation, I connect these platforms with OpenAI, Claude, and other LLM providers to build intelligent agents that make decisions, not just move data.
What's the difference between n8n, Make.com, and Zapier?
n8n is best for complex, developer-level AI agent workflows and businesses that want full data control (self-hosted). Make.com is ideal for visual, multi-path automation popular with agencies and coaches. Zapier covers the widest range of app integrations and is easiest for non-technical teams.
Can you build an AI agent that thinks and makes decisions?
Yes, this is my core specialty. Using n8n with OpenAI or Claude, I build AI automation pipelines that classify inputs, route data intelligently, generate responses, update CRMs, and trigger followup actions all without human input. These go far beyond simple trigger-action workflows.
Do I need to own a Make.com, n8n, or Zapier subscription?
Yes. You'll need an active account on whichever platform we use. I'll advise on the right plan for your workflow volume. For n8n, I can also help you set it up on your own server (self-hosted) which can reduce costs significantly at scale.
What information do you need to start?
Before starting, I'll need: (1) a description of the task you want automated, (2) the apps/platforms involved, (3) your workflow trigger (what starts the automation), and (4) the expected outcome. A 10-minute discovery message is required before all orders, this protects your budget.
How long does a workflow automation project take?
Simple n8n or Make.com workflows (1 trigger, up to 5 steps) typically deliver in 3 days. Standard multi-step pipelines with API integration take 5 days. Full AI agent systems with deployment take up to 10 days. Complex enterprise workflows may require a custom timeline discussed upfront.
Can you integrate with my CRM, real estate platform, or ecom store?
Yes. I have experience building workflow automation for real estate lead routing, SaaS onboarding, and ecommerce order management. Common integrations include HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and any platform with an open API or webhook support.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Standard and Premium packages include post-delivery support (14 days for Premium). If a workflow breaks due to a platform API change within the support window, I'll fix it at no charge. I also provide full documentation so you can understand and maintain your automation independently.
Can you work with my existing Zapier or Make.com workflows?
Absolutely. I can audit, optimize, or rebuild existing automation workflows that aren't performing correctly. Provide access to your current setup during onboarding and I'll assess what needs fixing versus rebuilding.
Do you offer custom packages for larger automation projects?
Yes. For enterprise-level workflow automation, multi-agent AI systems, or ongoing retainer support, I offer custom quotes. Message me with your project scope and I'll put together a proposal.
