My part is broken into multiple pieces. Can you still recreate the full model?
That's one of my most common project types. I digitally reassemble the fragments, fill in missing geometry using symmetry and engineering logic, and rebuild the complete part as a single clean solid body.
I only have a rough 3D printed prototype. Is that enough to start?
Absolutely. Send me the physical print (photos with measurements) or the STL file you printed from. I'll use it as a geometric reference but rebuild everything from scratch as a proper parametric Fusion 360 model with controlled wal
Will the model be ready for my injection mold shop to use directly?
Yes. Every enclosure I deliver includes proper draft on all faces, uniform wall thickness, radiused corners (no sharp internal edges), and reinforced boss and rib geometry following standard injection molding design guidelines.
Can you recreate snap fits that actually work?
Every snap fit I model is calculated to the specific plastic material you're using. I size beam thickness, deflection distance, and retention angle based on the material's flexural modulus
I want my team to be able to edit the model after delivery. Is that possible?
