About this gig
Custom GPTs retire December 11, 2026. Act now.
OpenAI is shutting down Custom GPTs on December 11. Your internal tools, assistants, and bots will stop working unless migrated to the new ChatGPT Plugin format.
What I handle:
- Instructions and system prompt porting to plugin spec
- Knowledge base transfer and testing
- Action and API connections rebuilt for plugin format
- Admin console setup and handoff documentation
- Verification that the plugin matches source GPT behavior
Out of scope for this gig:
- Net-new integrations not already in the source GPT
- End-user training or onboarding
How it works: share your GPT names, purposes, and workspace tier. I assess each GPT, confirm scope, run the migration, and hand off with documentation.
Basic: 1 GPT migration (3 days)
Standard: Up to 5 migrations or 1-2 new plugin builds (7 days)
Premium: Up to 15 migrations with architecture documentation (21 days)
October and November are the safest window - buffer before the deadline, your team is available to test. Message me now to check availability.
