What counts as one bug?
One reproducible defect with one agreed expected behavior. Multiple symptoms sharing a root cause may count as one bug. Package fit also depends on complexity, access, and verification effort, which we confirm before ordering.
What if the problem turns out to be larger than the package?
I pause, explain the findings, and discuss the next step before expanding scope. A blocker report is not a substitute for an agreed fix. If uncertainty is apparent before ordering, I recommend a separately scoped paid investigation first.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Each package includes seven calendar days after delivery to report the original defect recurring or a regression caused by my changes. Corrections within that scope are included. New defects, subsequent code changes, and ongoing maintenance require separate scope.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments to the delivered work within the agreed defect and expected behavior. It does not add features, unrelated bugs, or new environments. Corrections covered by the seven-day fix support are separate from discretionary revisions.
Why choose Standard or Premium instead of multiple Basic orders?
Basic verifies one isolated fix. Standard also checks affected integrations and adjacent behavior within one agreed flow. Premium adds automated regression tests and handover notes. The higher tiers include broader verification, not just more bugs.
Are automated tests included?
Basic and Standard include automated tests where practical; otherwise, I provide documented verification steps and results. Premium includes automated regression tests for the agreed flow. Any test infrastructure setup must be scoped before ordering.
What is outside this gig's scope?
Whole-app audits, new features, redesigns, large migrations, broad refactors, unrelated defects, ongoing maintenance, and third-party fees or approvals. Environment repair, test infrastructure, and deployment execution must be explicitly included in the agreed scope.
