Currently, I am employed full-time by Seme Solutions Pty Ltd, contracted to BHP in a remote technical support role, providing specialist support for Western Australia Iron Ore (WAIO) My responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of WAIO's electronic security infrastructure, encompassing access control, CCTV, and intercom systems across multiple operational sites. This includes the management of more than 100 servers, overseeing system patching, software and firmware upgrades, performance monitoring, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure system security, reliability, and availability. I am also responsible for the operation and support of a network consisting of over 3,000 IP cameras, including system configuration, troubleshooting, optimisation, and the implementation of upgrades and enhancements to meet operational and security requirements.
