In my current role, I am responsible for the design, implementation, and end-to-end operation of a new Privileged Access Management (PAM) service tailored to meet the distinct security, compliance, and operational needs of a newly structured business environment. I lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for a scalable and secure PAM platform designed to support organizational independence and evolving regulatory requirements. This includes developing and executing the implementation roadmap, integrating enterprise authentication systems, onboarding privileged accounts, and defining control frameworks that ensure compliance and auditability. As the central authority for PAM architecture, I translate regulatory and audit requirements into actionable security controls and governance models. I work closely with internal teams across security, operations, and infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. From initial concept to deployment and daily operations, I manage the entire service lifecycle and drive continuous improvements through structured project and change management. My ongoing focus is on optimizing the PAM environment to support agility, minimize risk, and ensure audit readiness across critical business systems. This role plays a key part in enabling secure autonomy and operational resilience in a newly independent business landscape.
