About this gig

Tired of copying numbers around every month? I'll build you a clean Excel or Google Sheets dashboard that updates itself as you add data.

What you get:

  • KPI tiles (sales, costs, profit, margin) that update automatically
  • Month or category dropdowns so you can filter in one click
  • Clear charts: trends, comparisons and breakdowns
  • Proper formulas (SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY), checked before delivery
  • A short how-to note so you can keep using it yourself

Great for small businesses, sales and expense tracking, inventory, project trackers and budgets. Works in Excel and Google Sheets.

Hi, I'm Lance from New Zealand. I build clean, working spreadsheets and documents that save you time. I make Excel and Google Sheets dashboards, trackers and templates with formulas that update themselves, fix broken spreadsheets, clean up messy data (duplicates, names, phones, dates, PDF to Excel) and format Word and PDF documents, reports and Amazon KDP books. With 20+ years in detailed technical drawing work, I check every formula and open every file before it reaches you. Send me your file and I'll reply with a fixed price.
