FAQ
Is my data safe?
Yes. It uses a read-only database user and checks every query, so it can't change or delete anything. The AI sees your table structure and the result of each question (e.g. totals), never your full database. Sensitive columns can be hidden.
Which AI model do you use?
OpenAI GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini by default, or Gemini or Claude if you prefer. You use your own API key; a small business typically pays $5 to $30 a month in AI usage.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You give me read-only access (I'll show you how) and I handle the rest. You get a one-page user guide and a short video walkthrough.
Can it answer in Arabic?
Yes. Add the Arabic language extra and staff can ask and get answers in Arabic or English.
My data is in Excel or Google Sheets. Will it work?
Yes. Google Sheets is supported directly, and I can move Excel data into a proper database as an extra.
How accurate are the answers?
I write a business glossary for your data (what revenue means, which orders count) and test your real questions before delivery. Every answer shows the query, so numbers can be checked.
