What counts as one issue?
One issue is one specific problem with one cause, such as a checkout error, a failing payment method or a cart that will not update. Several symptoms with a single cause count as one issue. Unsure? Message me before ordering.
Can you fix Stripe, PayPal or M-Pesa payment problems?
Yes. I fix declined payments, failed webhooks, wrong currency and gateway plugin conflicts, then test an order to confirm checkout works. Premium gateway plugins need a valid license from you.
Is it safe to give you admin access?
Yes. I only use access for your order and never keep your data. I recommend creating a temporary staff admin account and deleting it after delivery. Use a backup before any work starts.
Will you back up my store first?
I work on a staging copy when possible, or take a backup first if your hosting allows. A backup is included in the Premium package and available as an extra on the others.
How fast will my checkout be fixed?
Most checkout and payment issues are fixed within 24 hours. Complex conflicts can take 2 to 3 days, and I tell you before I start.
What if the same problem comes back?
If the same issue returns because of my fix, I repair it again free within 7 days (14 days on Premium). Problems caused by new updates or plugins are treated as a new order.
