What counts as one issue?
One issue is one specific problem, for example a header that breaks on mobile or a form that will not send. If several symptoms share one cause, I count them as one. Message me if you are unsure.
Can you fix a critical error or white screen?
Yes. I check error logs, find the failing plugin, theme or PHP problem and restore the site. Severe cases usually need the Premium package, so message me first.
Do you work with Elementor, Divi and other builders?
Yes. I fix Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg and custom themes. Pro features need a valid license on your site.
Do you need my login details?
For most fixes, yes. Create a temporary admin user and delete it after delivery. I never change your password or touch anything outside the order.
Will you change my design or content?
No. I only fix what is in your order. Redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
What if it breaks again after the fix?
If the same problem returns because of my fix, I repair it again free for 7 days (14 on Premium). New breakages from later updates are a new order.
