I will automate google forms with auto emails, pdfs and approvals

Your Google Form collects the answers. Now let it do the follow-up work too.

I build Google Apps Script automations that run every time someone submits your form. There are no add-ons or monthly fees, and everything stays in your Google account.

What I can automate:

• personalised confirmation emails to the person who filled in the form
• instant notifications to you or the right team member
• PDF documents from your own Google Docs template: quotes, receipts, certificates, contracts, reports
• PDFs saved to Drive folders and attached to emails
• approval workflows: the manager clicks Approve or Reject in an email, and the status is written to the sheet
• reminders for pending requests and a clean summary tab

Good for: leave and expense requests, purchase approvals, event registrations, client intake, course certificates, order and quote forms.

How it works: share a copy of your form and sheet (sample data is fine) and tell me what should happen after each submission. I confirm the scope first, build and test it, and hand it over with a short guide.

Not sure which package fits? Message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly.
