Typing invoice data into Excel by hand? I extract date, invoice number, vendor and total from your PDF invoices into one Excel sheet - and rename every file consistently (e.g. 2026-03-14_Vendor_RE-0142_272.03EUR.pdf).
What you get:

Works with German and English invoices and different number and date formats.

FAQ
Can you handle scanned paper invoices?
Text-based PDFs work best. Image-only scans need OCR, so please message me with a sample first and I'll check what's possible before you order.
Is my data safe?
Your invoices are only used for your order and deleted once the order is completed. For the first samples you can black out sensitive data.
Which fields can you extract?
Date, invoice number, vendor and total by default. Other fields such as net amount, VAT, customer number or due date on request, just tell me which ones you need.
Can I get CSV instead of Excel?
Yes. You can get the summary as Excel (XLSX), CSV or both, for example to import it into your accounting software.
What about invoices in other languages?
German and English invoices work out of the box. For other languages, send me a sample first and I'll check it before you order.
