In order to support your website, please provide me with the login details for the administrator user. It would be very helpful if you could also provide me with the login details for your hosting control panel (for some technical issues this is a requirement).

The Basic Package is intended for minor fixes, such as making a small CSS change, embedding JavaScript, or implementing a tag. If you have a larger issue and order the Basic Package, I will use it to research the issue and let you know what needs to be done to resolve it.

Yes. Contact me for minor content editing, uploading new posts, replacing images, changing headings, small SEO tasks, etc. Note: I am not a web designer, and do not create or write any content, you will need to provide me with all the content that needs to be added along with placement instructions.
