About me

I am Hiroki, Representative Director of Yuyama Onsen Motoyukan Co., Ltd. in Shizuoka. For 15 years I ran an onsen ryokan; the inn is temporarily closed after Typhoon No.15 (2022) damage, while the company continues. I also bring 25 years as a washoku (kaiseki) chef.
