That depends on your business. Revenue, Marketing, P&Ls, Conversion, Sensitivity Analysis and Costs Sheets are always included, usually two or more of each. My largest model had 44 sheets and could only be opened if one bypassed Excel's 25MB limitation, so that's the limit I guess.

As already written in the gig description; Business valuation mostly works by discounting cash flows. Startups have high initial investments and thus mostly negative cash flows. This results in a negative or (too) small company value. Don't use traditional valuation when pitching (you will lose).

I prefer to work with 3 years. This is a fundraising model and not a model for an S&P500 company. In negotiations, the founder usually has to deal with highly qualified investment bankers. Good luck explaining and arguing them on your growth rate or inflation rate for the next 5 years...

That depends on the business model. If the model is already very complicated, it could be that we run into the limitations of Excel. With simpler models, I can do that for a little extra.
