About this gig
Full mechanical engineering for physical products structural analysis, component specification, tolerance definition, and manufacturing documentation. I have engineered electric bike frames, consumer product enclosures, structural furniture, and composite components for clients across Europe and the US.
Most product designers hand over a render and leave the engineering to someone else. I work differently design and engineering run together from the first sketch, so by the time the design is resolved, the engineering is already done.
I deliver a fully specified 3D engineering model, technical drawings with tolerances, and a bill of materials. What you receive can be handed directly to a manufacturer without further interpretation.
