Which hotels is this service for?
Small, owner-operated hotels with 15–50 rooms in Germany, Austria and any English speaking country. Family-run properties that want professional email marketing without a large agency.
How long does the setup take?
Around 2–4 weeks depending on your existing data. You barely need to do anything — I just need access to your guest database or booking system.
Which email provider do you use?
I work with Brevo, Mailchimp, CleverReach, and rapidmail — all GDPR-compliant and proven for small hotels. If you already have a provider, we'll check if we can work with it.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. I handle the entire technical setup. You just provide your guest list and some basic info about your hotel.
What happens after the setup — do I manage everything myself?
No. With the Growth plan I handle ongoing campaigns, optimizations, and reporting. With the Care plan your automations keep running and I monitor them. You decide how much you want to delegate.
What makes you different from a regular marketing agency?
