Can you design brackets for my specific truck model?
Yes. I can create vehicle specific CAD using your truck's make, model, year, mounting dimensions, photographs, and available reference geometry. Final fit must be checked against the actual vehicle.
Can you design a complete custom truck bed rack?
Yes. I can develop a defined rack assembly with crossbars, mounting brackets, structural members, and connection details. Please contact me for projects that exceed the Premium package scope.
Do you provide fabrication ready files?
I provide STEP, SolidWorks source files, dimensioned drawings, and DXF flat patterns when applicable. Fabrication and final installation should follow manufacturer requirements and appropriate checks.
Can you design parts for laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, or welding?
Yes. I can prepare relevant geometry and drawings for these processes, based on the selected package and your fabricator's requirements.
What if I only have photos or sketches?
Photos and sketches can be a starting point. I will identify the critical dimensions, hole locations, vehicle mounting references, and other measurements needed for the design.
Can you modify an existing rack or bracket CAD file?
Yes. You can provide SolidWorks, STEP, or other supported CAD files. I will assess the existing model and quote modifications based on complexity.
Will the rack safely support my intended load?
Load-bearing performance requires defined loads, materials, attachment specifications, suitable engineering analysis, and physical validation. The standard packages do not include certified structural analysis or testing.
Do you include revisions?
Yes. Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. Revisions cover agreed design corrections. New products, changed vehicle fitment, or major redesigns require a separate quotation.
