FAQ
What file formats can you work from?
KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium Designer, and Eagle are fully supported. Other formats, DipTrace, OrCAD, Zuken may be supported depending on export options; message me first to confirm.
Why would my Gerber files be rejected by JLCPCB?
Common reasons include DRC violations (clearance or trace width violations), incorrect layer setup, missing board outline, drill file format mismatch, or a BOM with missing footprints. I audit and fix all of these before delivering.
What is a DFM review and is it included?
DFM (Design for Manufacturability) checks that your design can actually be manufactured reliably minimum trace width, annular ring size, via drill size, copper pour clearances.
