The European Accessibility Act applies since June 2025, and accessibility lawsuits keep rising in the US. Most automated checkers find only part of the issues and bury you in noise. I use my own testing software that drives a real browser on six layers:
- Rules on the rendered page: contrast, labels, ARIA, headings
- Real keyboard navigation: focus order, traps, visible focus
- Zoom and reflow at 320 px and 200 percent text
- The browser accessibility tree, which is what screen readers receive
- Dynamic content: error and status messages
- Visual review of alt text and link clarity

FAQ
Do you only use automated tools?
No. Automated rules are one of six layers. Keyboard, zoom and screen reader semantics are tested by driving a real browser, and unclear findings are reviewed by hand before delivery.
Can you also fix the issues for me?
Yes. After the audit I can apply the fixes in your theme or code, for Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopware and React, and re-measure every fix. Ask me for a custom offer.
Do you need access to my code or admin?
No. I test your live website in a real browser. For pages behind a login, like checkout or account, a test account helps.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my business?
Since 28 June 2025 the EAA applies to many businesses selling to consumers in the EU, especially online shops, booking and banking services. Microenterprises offering services are exempt. I explain in the report what typically applies to a business like yours, but this is not legal advice.
Which standard do you test against?
WCAG 2.2 level AA, which covers WCAG 2.1 AA. For EU clients I map every finding to EN 301 549, the standard behind the EAA. For US clients the same checks cover what ADA demand letters usually cite.
What exactly do I receive?
A written report with every issue: the page, the affected element, a screenshot, the violated WCAG criterion, severity and a concrete fix your developer can apply. Issues are grouped by cause, so one template bug is listed once.
Is the audit a certificate that my site is compliant?
No. An audit documents the issues found at a point in time. No honest provider can certify full compliance, because content changes and some criteria need human judgement. The report is a solid basis for fixing and for your accessibility statement.
Can you test pages behind a login or checkout?
Yes. Send test credentials for a demo account and I test the logged-in areas and the checkout flow without placing real orders.
Do we need a video call?
No. Everything runs in writing through Fiverr messages. You send the URL and details, I deliver the report and answer follow-up questions in the chat.
