Got an accessibility audit, a lawsuit letter or a customer complaint and now need the issues actually fixed? I am a web developer specialized in accessibility (WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549, European Accessibility Act) and I fix the problems in your real code, not with an overlay widget.

FAQ
Will my website be fully compliant afterwards?
I fix the issues named in the package scope and test the result. Full conformance also depends on content you add later and on parts no tool can check automatically, so no honest developer can promise it. You get a clear list of what was fixed and what is left.
Do you use an accessibility overlay or widget?
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and the EU Commission has said they do not provide compliance. I change the actual HTML, CSS, JavaScript or theme settings so the site works for everyone without an extra script.
What counts as one issue?
One cause, not one occurrence. If the same missing label appears on 40 product pages because of one template, that is one fix. This usually makes the packages cover far more than the number suggests.
I do not have an audit yet. Can I still order?
Yes. I test the pages in scope first with automated checks plus manual keyboard and screen reader spot checks, then fix what I find. For a full written report before any changes, order my accessibility audit gig first.
I received an ADA or EAA complaint. Can you help quickly?
Yes. Send me the letter or the list of issues it names. I fix those issues first and document every change, which you can share with your lawyer. I do not give legal advice.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress (including Elementor, Divi and WooCommerce), Shopify themes, Webflow, React, Next.js and plain HTML/CSS. For other systems, send me a message before ordering.
Will the design of my site change?
Only where an issue requires it, for example a text color with too little contrast. I keep changes as close to your brand as possible and point out visible changes before applying them.
How do you test the fixes?
Each fix is re-checked with the same test that found the issue, plus keyboard navigation and a screen reader spot check (NVDA or VoiceOver). You get a before and after list for every fixed issue.
Can you keep my site accessible over time?
Yes, as a monthly custom offer: I re-check key pages after updates and fix new issues before they pile up. A written monthly report can be added for an extra fee.
Do we need a video call?
No. Everything runs in writing: you send the URL, access and any audit report, I deliver the fixes with a change list and answer questions in the Fiverr chat.
