Yes, as long as the scan is readable. Clean PDF invoices give the most reliable results. I test everything on your real examples before delivery.
Who pays for the tools?
You do, on your own accounts (n8n or Make, and the AI API), so you fully own your automation. For a small business, it usually costs a few dollars per month.
