FAQ
The Basic, Standard, or Premium Packages aren't quite what I'm looking for. What do I do?
Send me a message as we can usually find some sort of discount/customisation etc based on the needs of your individual project.
Why do some other sellers cost less than you?
After having done my research, I truly believe my finished product is of a far superior standard to what many others are offering.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Generally 3 - 5 days, although often less. However, there are sometimes delays in communication due to timezone differences so please allow up to 7 days just in case (very unlikely!)
What CAN'T you do?
Tracks that haven't been recorded to a click & without a steady tempo can be very time-consuming and costly as it usually means either warping the audio or editing each MIDI note individually. If you'd like the MIDI drums to match the tempo of your track, please ensure it was recorded to a click!
Can I send you a MIDI to use or edit?
Yes - no problem! Send it over and any tracks (usually a youtube link) that we could use as a reference.
Which software/DAW do you use?
Mainly Ableton, sometimes Studio One or Cubase. As well as sending MIDI and audio, I'm happy to send my project files for you to use.
Do I need to credit you when I upload my song?
You can if you'd like to but there's no obligation to do so :-)
