Are the deliverables templates or custom work?
Everything is built from scratch based on what you share during intake. There are no generic templates being filled in with your name. The process maps reflect your actual workflow, the org chart reflects your actual team, and the recommendations are based on what we find in your specific operation.
How does this work without any required meetings or calls?
The entire engagement runs through written communication. You should submit your intake materials, we do the work, and the deliverables arrive in your inbox. If we have a clarifying question during the process, we send it in writing and continue working rather than stopping to schedule a call.
What if I want a call at some point during the engagement?
All questions can be answered via email, and you can leave comments directly in the shared documents at any stage. Calls are available as an add-on at an hourly rate if you prefer a live conversation.
What if I dont know which package is right for me?
That is more common that you might think. Send us a short description of where your business is today and what feels most broken or unclear. We will come back within one business day with a recommendation. There is no cost or commitment until you review and approve the scope.
Can I combine deliverables from different packages?
Yes. If you need the process maps from the Business Structure package and the roadmap from the Strategic Planning, we can scope a custom engagement that covers exactly what you need without charging you for what you do not. Just reach out before purchasing and we will put together a proposal.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
The 72-hr delivery window starts the moment your intake is complete, not when you purchase. Most clients take 2-5 business days to gather and submit their materials. From there, you receive everything within 3 business days, and revision rounds add up to four business days on top of that.
What happens if I cant provide all the intake materials?
Send what you have and describe the rest in plain language. Missing documentation is itself useful information and will be reflected in the assessment and recommendations. We will flag assumptions we made clearly in the final deliverables so you know exactly where we filled in gaps.
Do you sign an NDA?
It is not required, but we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any engagement begins. Everything you share during intake and everything we produce is treated as confidential. Please let us know in advance.
What if Im not happy with the deliverables?
The two revision rounds included in every package are there precisely for this. If something does not reflect your business accurately or a recommendation does not land right, that is a revision. If after both rounds you feel the work did not meet the standard we described, we will discuss it.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. Because the entire engagement is async and document-based, location is irrelevant. We work with businesses across time zones without it affecting the process or the timeline.
