You can go to an architectural or drafting firm and easily spend $6,000 to $10,000 on a set of code compliant architectural drawings but I can do it for a fraction of the price!
I've been studying architecture and drafting since my sophomore year of high school in 2010 and I've worked for multiple firms and companies in the industry over my 16 year long career. Currently, by day, I am a NICET III certified fire alarm designer for a major international company, but by night I am your own personal CAD draftsman!

Can you stamp drawings?
I can not and will not stamp drawings. If required by your local Authority Having Jurisdiction, you may have to have these drawings reviewed and stamped by a local architect or engineer. If your drawings are not approved, I can provide revisions if necessary.
What is included in a drawing package?
-Cover sheet, -Floor plans -Exterior/interior elevations -Typical wall section
Do you include window and door schedules in drawing packages?
I can if provided a bill of material for the desired brand and model of windows and doors
Do you include framing plans in drawing packages?
I am willing to negotiate framing plans on a project by project basis. It may just cost more and take more time to complete the drawings, especially for larger projects.
Do you include a site plan in a drawing package
I can include a site plan if provided topographic data for the project in question that I can import into AutoCAD 2026.
Can you do plumbing/electrical/fire alarm plans?
No to plumbing and electrical plans. In rare circumstances, I may be willing to do fire alarm plans. I am a NICET III certified fire alarm designer. Again, I wont be able to provide my NICET Stamp because I am a full time fire alarm designer at my day job and that would create a conflict of interest
