What information do I need to provide?
You can provide as much or as little as you have! A character sheet, personality notes, important relationships, setting details, or simply a starting idea. If something important is unclear, I'll ask before proceeding
Can you work with an incomplete character concept?
Absolutely! You don't need a fully developed character bible. A few notes, an interesting contradiction, or a rough premise can be enough to get started. I'll develop the material you provide into a coherent backstory while respecting your intended character and direction.
What genres and themes do you write?
I primarily write character-driven fiction, including fantasy, supernatural, dramatic, tragic, and bittersweet stories. I'm happy to work with different tones and settings as long as the requested content fits the scope of the package and my writing boundaries.
Can you write for my existing world or TTRPG campaign?
Yes! Please provide the relevant setting information, campaign context, and any established lore I should follow. I'll use the details you provide to make the backstory feel grounded in your world. Extensive lore research or large-scale worldbuilding may require a separate agreement.
Can I request changes after receiving the backstory?
Each package includes one revision. This covers reasonable adjustments to the delivered backstory in line with the original brief. A substantially different premise, new character concept, or major change in direction falls outside a standard revision and may require an addtional order.
Can you write mature or dark themes?
I'm comfortable exploring darker subject matter, morally complicated characters, and mature themes when they're appropriate to the story. However, all requests must comply with TOS and guidelines. I reserve the right to decline requests that cross those and personal boundaries.
Do you use AI to write your stories?
My creative writing process is entirely organic, from developing the initial concept to drafting the finished piece. The proofreading phase may involve AI though. My goal is to deliver a backstory shaped by deliberate thought, revision, and a personal understanding of the character.
