I will automate approvals and microsoft 365 workflows with power automate

About this gig
Replace manual chasing with Power Automate workflows for Microsoft 365. I build cloud flows for approvals, reminders, notifications, escalations and task or reporting updates using SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and agreed standard connectors.
Basic: one flow, one trigger, up to 5 actions and one standard connector.
Standard: one flow, up to 12 actions, 3 standard connectors, one approval stage and one List schema up to 12 fields.
Premium: one process, up to 2 flows/20 total actions, 4 standard connectors, up to 2 approval stages and a reminder/escalation path.
We agree triggers, business rules and exception paths before building. You receive agreed testing and handover guidance. Trigger/action totals include 1 trigger per flow. API/platform counts mean standard connector integrations, not custom API development.
Message me to confirm feasibility, licences and IT-approved access. Premium connectors, desktop RPA, custom APIs, security administration and maintenance are separate. Revisions refine agreed logic. You supply licences, permissions and an authorised test environment.

FAQ
Can you automate any process?
Feasibility must be checked first. Send the trigger, steps, exception rules, sample data and available Microsoft 365 licences before ordering.
Are premium connectors or custom APIs included?
No. These packages use agreed standard Microsoft 365 connectors. API and platform counts refer to connector integrations; custom API development is excluded.
Do you need my password?
No. Use your organisation’s IT-approved access method and an authorised test environment. Do not share passwords, tokens or credentials in messages.
Is ongoing support included?
Agreed testing, handover guidance and package revisions are included. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and new workflows require a separate scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision changes details within the agreed workflow logic. A new business process, connector, approval stage or integration is additional scope.
