About this gig
Need a custom enclosure that fits your PCB accurately and looks professional? I will design a functional electronics housing around your circuit board, connectors, buttons, display, battery, sensors and assembly requirements.
I create 3D-printable and manufacturing-ready enclosures for IoT devices, sensor products, controllers, handheld electronics, wall-mounted devices, desktop units and product prototypes.
Your enclosure can include PCB mounting bosses, screw posts, snap fits, ventilation slots, cable openings, USB and power ports, LED windows, button features, battery compartments, gasket channels, labels and wall-mounting points.
The enclosure will be built around your board dimensions or supplied STEP model, with suitable clearances and wall thickness for the selected manufacturing process.
Depending on your package, I can provide STL files for 3D printing, STEP files for editing or manufacturing, native CAD files, exploded views, assembly renders and technical drawings.
Please contact me before ordering if you require injection-molding features, waterproofing, heat management, complex mechanisms or strict manufacturing tolerances.

A STEP model is preferred. Accurate board dimensions, mounting-hole locations and component heights can also be used.

Yes. Please provide their precise locations and dimensions or the relevant component models and datasheets.
