I can:

-Series/anime/cartoon/videogame characters

-Original characters (OCs)

-You, your friends, your love, any real person

-Furries, anthro, animals, etc.

-Make vectors at the same price in this same style.

For extra characters is $5 extra p/each.

Includes:

-Sketch, full color or flat color illustration

-A4 file of 2480x3508px and resolution 300 PPI or

-1:1 of 3000x3000px and resolution 300 PPI

-Png or Jpg

Optional: image with transparent or patterned background (no extra charge)

The examples are fanarts and some commissions that I made previously.

You can send me detailed descriptions but it will be better if you can send me reference images for a better understanding.
