26 years with Vietnam's national telecom operator, now leading the Ke Sach Telecom Centre under VNPT Can Tho. I run a district-level telecom operation end to end: FTTH and fixed broadband rollout and fault resolution, access network and transmission infrastructure, IP surveillance systems for business and residential customers, and the field team that installs and repairs them. Day to day this means diagnosing faults that only show up in the real world rather than in a datasheet: PoE budgets that collapse under IR load at night, port forwarding that works on the bench and dies behind carrier-grade NAT, ONVIF devices that refuse to bind to an NVR, wireless coverage that benchmarks well and drops on roaming. That operational background is what I bring to remote work here. I diagnose from what actually fails on site.
