About me
I'm a working A&R at a major Japanese label with 15 years in the Tokyo music business: licensing, release planning, and artist development. Most recently, I directed vocals alongside Night Tempo on his official TUBE cover series. I run this desk on my own time to help international indie artists and small labels do Japan properly.
I won't sell you playlist placements or promises. I'll tell you what actually happens inside the Japanese industry: what to fix, what to skip, and in what order. All communication is written (no calls).
