FAQ
Do you need access to my store?
Yes - a staff/collaborator account (Shopify) or a separate admin user (WooCommerce). Never send your main password; you can remove my access after the job.
Will my store go offline?
No. I test changes carefully, and before bigger changes I make a backup first (WooCommerce).
What if the problem is in custom code or the theme?
I'll check it first and tell you honestly whether it's within my scope before you order.
