I trade on MT5 myself, so I look at your EA from two sides. As code, and as something that has to behave on a live account with spread, slippage and broker rules.

Can you guarantee profits?
No. I build exactly what you specify and show in tests that it behaves as specified. Whether the strategy makes money depends on the strategy.
