How do I know how much it will cost before I order?
Message me the file. I'll reply with a flat quote and a deadline before you commit to anything. No surprises.
What if my file is bigger than the page limit in your packages?
You can order the closest package and add extra pages as an add-on at $1/page. Or message me and I'll quote a custom package.
Can you match an existing brand or style guide?
Yes. Send me your brand guide, a sample of the finished look you want, or a competitor's file. I'll match it.
What file formats do you accept?
I primarily work with Adobe InDesign files (.indd, .idml), Word documents (.docx) If your project is in another format, let me know what you have and what you need done, and I'll confirm whether I can work with it before we proceed.
Do you work with CMYK and Pantone colors?
Yes. If you're going to print, I'll make sure your file is set up correctly — spot colors, overprint, bleed, trim marks, all handled.
How many revisions are included?
Basic: 2. Standard: 3. Premium: unlimited. A "revision" means any change I make to the file after delivery — moved text, swapped image, adjusted spacing.
How fast can you turn around a rush job?
24–48 hours for most files. Message me the file and I'll confirm if the timeline works before you order. Rush delivery is a 50% add-on.
My file was made by a previous freelancer and it's a mess. Can you fix it?
That's literally what I do. Send it. I'll tell you in two lines what's wrong and how long it takes to fix.
Do you format children's books or cookbooks?
Yes. Those fall under Standard or Premium depending on page count. Full-bleed images, trim, gutter — all handled.
Can you add a table of contents, headers, and page numbers?
Yes. Included in Standard and Premium. For Basic, it's a small add-on.
