About this Gig
Send a CSV or Excel file; get it back deduplicated and standardized.
Accepted: customer lists, B2B contact lists, product and sales data.
Not accepted: health data, government IDs, card or bank numbers, passwords, purchased lists for spam. Files are screened first; flagged files are deleted.
You receive:
- Cleaned file (CSV + Excel copy)
- Change log: every changed cell, old and new value
- Removed rows, linked to the kept row
- Review list: what I did NOT change on my own (conflicting names, unclear dates or phones)
- Check report
Fixed: exact and near duplicates, dates in one format, extra spaces, "N/A" blanks, country names and phone country codes for the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, France and Japan. Unclear cases go to the review list, never guessed.

Will you merge two people with the same name?
No. Rows merge only when the duplicate column (usually email) matches and nothing else conflicts. Same name with a different email, or the reverse, stays separate and goes on your review list. Every removed row is returned, so any merge can be undone.
Who sees my data?
Files are processed with third-party AI services that don't use your data for training. Scripts on my side do the cleaning; the AI only sees column names (masked too when unclear) and masked samples (like xxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx), never the full file.
What data don't you accept?
Health data, government IDs, card or bank numbers, passwords. Files are screened first and again before delivery; if any is found, the file is deleted and I tell you. For a list of your own customers, I'll ask you to confirm they're your customers and this use fits why you collected the data.
How long do you keep my files?
Working copies are deleted within 30 days of completion. Files sent through Fiverr stay on Fiverr's order page under Fiverr's own rules.
