Do you use fonts or are your designs %100 hand drawn?
I don’t use fonts in my designs unless requested by my buyer's. All text are hand-drawn and digitized manually using adobe illustrator(design software). In terms of strapline, tagline/slogan, I make use of modern geometric font which is free for commercial use.
Do you offer Refund?
I don't offer refund, I only offer solutions. Please contact me first if you have special requirement for your typography logo project before placing an order.
Can you do a different style that is not in your portfolio or gig gallery?
In situation like this, please message me first before placing an order so I can be %100 sure I can do it. If I can't, I will definitely let you know.
Can you create and add a logo mark design (icon) to my typography logo?
Yes, I can create a minimal (simple) logo mark design and add it to your typography logo to form a unique LOGO DESIGN but with an extra cost... Please add the extra to the order or ask first before ordering. Thanks
What if I'm not 100% satisfied?
I offer revisions in all my gig packages. Please Note: Revision doesn't mean new work, It means small changes in a selected logo option. E.g color change, alignment or you want me to change the look of a particular letter. This is hand lettering and not standard font you can just start all over.
What is Social Media Kit?
Social media kit means that I will provide your selected logo option in different social media size/dimension. e.g Ig, fb etc. Please Note: This will be sent to you within 12-24hours after you have selected your best option or after the revision stage.
What is Branding Kit?
A brand kit is a simple collection of your brand’s visual elements such as your logo, colors, fonts, and images, used to keep your brand consistent and recognizable across all platforms.
