A: Since each portrait is a custom, artistic creation based on my style and interpretation, refunds arent available. I always do my best to create something unique and enjoyable for you, so please make sure to provide a clear reference photo and a brief description of what you want.

A: The order will be canceled. A reference photo and brief description are required.

Q5: What file formats will I get?
