Is it 1-1 session or remotely?
Session can be done 1-1 through zoom call or remotely (You would need to be online to keep the communication through chat)
How fast is PSYCH-K®?
Previous research, and common experience, has shown that it can take weeks, months, or even years for significant changes to take place in the brain using other approaches. When utilizing a PSYCH-K® process, significant changes were indicated after only 10 minutes!
Is PSYCH-K® Similar to Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is different than PSYCH-K®, as in Hypnotherapy, you would need to go into deep trance and visit some memories or visualize some incidents with the help of the hypnotherapist to clear those memories. PSYCH-K® doesn't require to go into trance, much simple and quite effective.
How many sessions do I need to clear my subconscious mind?
It depends on the topic you've picked, as some of the topics might need more sessions. However, I usually aim for 1 session only. But often, clients come back after couple of weeks when there is another layer appeared (different topic or same topic).
