What is needed/required to start the order?
Company / Industry, Logo name and tagline, Market/niche, Desired colors, Sample/reference design, Existing logo
What is vector file? Why it is required?
Source/ vector files make your logo scaled up to any size without loss of quality because it is designed by geometric shapes and mathematical equations. These files provides total flexibility over future editing in design. Without owning vector files, you are just buying a piece of an image!
What is the turnaround time for every revision?
Standard time for this process is 24 hours. However, we are in aiming of serving the modified files on priority basis.
Do I own all the rights?

Yes, you can always ask for total redeisgning. If we have served you already as per information shared by you it is chargeable but if we have served you completely wrong, we will redesign it. :)
