FAQ
What format will the user testing delivery be in?
You will receive a high-quality video link (Loom) or an MP4 file showing my screen and face/audio as I navigate your platform, along with a written report if included in the package.
Why should I choose a developer for website user testing?
Unlike average testers, I understand web architecture. I can easily identify structural UI/UX flaws, responsiveness issues, and logical bugs that hurt conversion rates.
Do you test mobile apps as well?
Yes! I can perform usability testing on both desktop browsers and mobile devices (Android/iOS) to ensure your app works flawlessly.
Can you test specific user flows like checkout or registration?
Absolutely! If you have specific scenarios, pages, or tasks you want me to focus on (e.g., testing the checkout flow or a signup form), just let me know in the requirements.
Will you fix the bugs or UI/UX issues you find?
This gig is strictly for user testing and providing a detailed evaluation report. However, since I am a Full-Stack Developer, you can message me separately to discuss a custom quote for fixing the bugs!
