I will audit your n8n workflows for silent data failures

Hi, this is Velox. I help small businesses automate their day-to-day work.

Sometimes an n8n run shows Success, but the report it should have sent was empty, or the sheet got half the usual rows. n8n does not treat that as an error, so the Error Workflow does not fire.

I read each workflow you send and look for spots where this can happen:

• A node returns 0 items, so the rest of the branch does not run and the run still shows Success
• Required fields (email, ID...) pass through empty
• A sudden drop in item count goes unnoticed
• Amounts or dates that, judging from the node settings, may arrive as plain text

For every spot, the report explains what can go wrong and where to add a check with n8n's built-in nodes (for example IF, Summarize, and Stop and Error).

I do not log in to your n8n, and I cannot see your real data. I work only from the exported files and your notes. I answer questions for 3 days after delivery, and delete your files after that.
