About this gig
Are you a personal trainer or fitness coach who bought Trainerize or Everfit but never got it fully set up? You are losing clients to coaches with a polished app experience.
I set up, customize, and automate Trainerize and Everfit accounts for online fitness coaches, gyms, and personal training businesses. Your clients get a branded, professional app experience from day one, and you stop wasting hours on manual admin.
What I deliver:
- Complete Trainerize or Everfit account setup and configuration
- Custom branding with your logo, colors, and business identity
- Workout program upload and organization
- Nutrition goals, habit tracking, and client scheduling
- Full automation: onboarding sequences, check-ins, program delivery
- Payment and third-party integrations (Zapier, Stripe, calendars)
Why coaches choose me:
I am an automation engineer, not just a VA. I build systems that run your coaching business while you train clients.
Whether you are launching your first online coaching program or scaling to 100+ clients, I will get your app working the way it should.
Message me before ordering so I can confirm the right package for your setup.

Your business should not run on manual work.
I build the system behind it:
Trainerize: expert setup, custom branding, automations, client onboarding, workout plans, nutrition management.
ScoreApp: quiz and scorecard funnels that bring you qualified leads.
Claude Code: custom AI automations that connect your tools and cut admin time.
Fast turnaround, clear communication, and a build you can actually run yourself afterward.
Message me with your current setup and I will tell you exactly where the gaps are.

FAQ
Do you work with Everfit too, or just Trainerize?
Both. I set up and automate Trainerize and Everfit, and I can advise which fits your coaching business better.
Do I need to have a Trainerize account already?
No. I can create and configure your account from scratch, or optimize the one you already have.
Can you migrate my clients and programs from another platform?
Yes. I can move your workout programs and client data from another app, spreadsheet, or PDF into Trainerize or Everfit.
Will the app show my branding or Trainerize's?
Yours. I set up your logo, colors, and business name so clients see your brand, not the platform's.
Do you create the workout plans yourself?
I upload and organize the plans you provide. If you need plans created, message me first and we can arrange it as a custom order.
What automations can you set up?
Client onboarding sequences, automated check-ins, program delivery, reminder messages, and payment flows. Premium includes full automation.
Can you connect Trainerize to Stripe, Zapier, or my calendar?
Yes. Payment, scheduling, and Zapier integrations are included in the Premium package.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic in 3 days, Standard in 5, Premium in 7. Need it faster? Message me and I will confirm before you order.
What do you need from me to start?
Your login (or permission to create the account), your logo and brand colors, and your workout plans in any format.
What if I need help after delivery?
Premium includes 14 days of post-delivery support. For ongoing management, I offer monthly retainer packages, just ask.
