Managed the entire prototype development process, including material sourcing, color matching, pattern creation, cutting, sewing, assembly, and final prototype production. Achievements: 1)Successfully designed and produced 4 physical plush toy prototypes based on brand specifications. 2)Matched brand color requirements and character concepts for the Foundation Collection. 3)Delivered production-ready prototype samples for market validation and investor/manufacturer presentations. 4)Executed a full custom plush development project from concept references to physical product delivery. 5)Contributed to the early-stage development of a collectible toy brand with plans for future manufacturing and scale.

The plushie is good but could have been improved as we need it for bulk and the prototype seems to be not production-ready and for commercial purposes. The seller is open to adjustments and delivers on time. Hoping to get the plushie on hand for me to further check.
