I will guide your music catalog migration to a new distributor with tracking

About this gig
Moving 25+ songs to a new distributor? One mismatched title or early takedown can put your stream history at risk. I guide you through it release by release.
Each release is transferred individually, and platforms match them by ISRC and metadata. Large catalogs get messy fast.
WHAT YOU GET
- Export of all ISRCs, UPCs and metadata before anything changes
- Batch plan: earners first, older releases later
- Ready-to-use upload sheets with matching metadata
- Tracker per release: submitted, live, matched, takedown
- Post-batch checks: play counts, profile, playlists, credits
- Final report with your full code records
- manage your record label catalog move to a new distributor
- track every release while you move to a new music distributor
HOW IT WORKS
You upload in your own accounts and keep full control. I prepare each batch, tell you when it is safe to request a takedown, and check the results with you. I never need your passwords.
IMPORTANT
I guide and track; I don't upload for you. Nobody can guarantee stream history is kept, as it depends on the new distributor's delivery and each platform's matching.
Message me your current distributor, new distributor and number of releases.

FAQ
How is this different from the Switch Plan Gig?
The Switch Plan is a plan and tracker you run yourself. This Gig adds hands-on support: upload sheets for every release, batch-by-batch tracking, takedown go-aheads and post-move checks.
Do you upload my music for me?
No. You upload in your own accounts and keep full control. I prepare the sheets and tell you what to enter and when it is safe to request each takedown. You never share passwords.
Can you guarantee I keep my streams?
No one can. Keeping history depends on how the new distributor delivers and how each platform matches the release. I reduce the risk with the right order, the same ISRCs and identical metadata.
How long does a migration take?
Uploading is quick, but each release must go live and match before takedown, and review times vary by distributor. That’s why delivery is measured in weeks. I track each batch so nothing comes down early.
What do I need to provide?
Your current and new distributor, a release list or export, and your audio, artwork and ISRC/UPC data. I’ll show you how to export anything you’re missing.
What if my distributor owns my codes?
I flag it before we start and list what to ask them. If codes can’t be reused, we discuss the trade-offs before any takedown. Contract or ownership disputes need a music lawyer.
More than 100 releases, or a multi-artist label?
Message me for a custom offer. Multi-artist catalogs involve more coordination, such as artist approvals and Beatport label-level transfers.
