Work with Shopify and Wix ecommerce brands to build and manage Klaviyo email marketing systems: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and forms, designed to grow revenue without manual upkeep. Rebuilt a broken Wix–Klaviyo integration for a Norwegian ecommerce brand (Trønderrein) and launched a win-back sequence that generated revenue from a list that had gone completely silent. Flows now run without manual intervention. Built complete email infrastructure for a pre-launch app before its first subscriber signed up, a 5-email welcome sequence, pre-launch campaign strategy, and automated onboarding, ready for day one. Core work includes: Full Klaviyo setup: flow architecture, segmentation, and Shopify/Wix integration Abandoned cart, welcome series, post-purchase, browse abandonment, and win-back flows Campaign strategy and management with engagement and behavior based segmentation List cleanup, deliverability fixes, and platform migrations (Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign to Klaviyo) Everything is built inside the client's own account, with clear documentation so they can manage it independently after handoff.
